What is Solo Queue? The Rise of Competitive Online Matchmaking

As many of us know, the path to the big money contracts, the bright lights of the stage and the bro hugs in endless confetti showers is paved by thousands of hours spent in front of a screen.

But that’s the peak of competitive play. It’s unlikely that you witnessed the journey most of these stars underwent to get there, but you have experienced the climb yourself.

A seemingly futile, lonely trek – a spiritual ascent that to some might even appear masochistic. Of course, the treacherous, often times infuriating path I’m talking about is Solo Queue.

This is why I prefer fighting games to any team-based game nowadays.
If you lose, it’s your fault, not anyone else’s … besides the shitty netcode which all Japanese fighting games have. I’m looking at you, DBFZ, GG and SFV.

Team-based game in random queue? Technically, yes. But actually, they're a group of individuals vs group of individuals. So, every person should still be judged by scoring his/her individual performances (how good he/she played), not by the team's result (win/loose).

How to get to Rank S for csgo

Join, level up to level 3, then match up against level 10's and then have them kick you every match, +10 elo

literally was how faceit csgo worked last year, so I stopped playing it after I showed people that after they kicked me, I got 10 elo, 2 pts from each teammate, 0pts from the opposing team xD

Idk if it still works like that, but it would be hilarious if it still did

It would take thousands of matches to get to level 10 but you could do it if you set them all up
